General Information & Job Description
1 TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead a team of 5-6 attendees.
- Keep track their performance
- Report and showcase team performance
- Maintain team connection and spirit TEAM ACTIVITIES
- Lead a team to complete challenges of project.
2 PROJECT PREPARATION AND EXECUTION
- Cooperate with Organizing Committee Content and other interns to build content/agenda for all events.
- Be a facilitator in events
3 PROJECT LEGACY BUILDING + SHOWCASING
- Prepare reports, sharing about your intership experience and submit at the end of project;
Introduce your culture to Vietnamese: project participants, AIESEC members, participants of other AIESEC activities.
- Participate in LC activities: orientation day, training (if any),local committee meetings, project team meetings, promotion activities, reception activities.

Winter Camp 2014
General Information & Job Description
- Obliged to work with Content Manager to create activities, sessions related to global
issues, culture diversity, self-development and creativity inputs for content of the camp by
regular meet-ups for discussions are held at least once a week.
- Make some promotion materials if needed. Together with Organizing Committee, interns may
conduct workshops, attend special events and set up booths at high school during
promotion campaign (based on realization time)
- Facilitate a group of campers. Many sessions will be chaired by interns with the help of
Organizing Committee. Interns are encouraged to share about your countries and your cultural
perspectives in every session.
- Required to give testimonials about their experience during their time working on the
project in Vietnam. There may be coffee talk among interns and students with sessions held by
interns.
- Fill in AIESEC Global Community Development Program Feedback Survey 3 times:
after matched status,coming to Vietnam and back to home country

1 Personal Development
Truly successful people aren't satisfied with comfort. Pushing their own limits is how they get to greatness. Therefore, AIESEC Global Community Development program facilitates such a challenging environment for your personal development. By being a part of an international team working in a country far away from home, young people have to adapt quickly to different cultures and perspectives. They learn how to be strong and independent in all situations and by that developing leadership and communication skills.
2 Cross-cultural Experience
Students who join the program have the chance to research and learn about world issues, culture, history, architecture, cuisine, language, economy and the people in the host country. They will also gain global mindset when working in a team with many nationalities.
3 Social Impact
The world needs people who care not only about their personal development but also the community they belong to. By working in projects centered around social issues, young people will feel more socially responsible, know how to contribute to the society and strive to be a better person.

- Students after the camp are supposed to improve their awareness of not only themselves but also their potential capacity of being an innovative leader and open their mind about different cultures
